She was blown away by how amazing her body felt and loved the intense challenge. That's when she knew she had to dive deeper and become an instructor.⁠ ⁠ In Jade's classes, expect to be challenged and balanced, pushing past your comfort zone and working through all ranges of movement. Her mission?
