Jade is your Thursday morning motivator! 🌟⁠

Jade teaches Mat and Reformer Pilates and is currently wrapping up her Diploma in Pilates, which means teaching Clinical Pilates is right around the corner for her.👏🏻⁠

About five years ago, Jade turned to Pilates to rehab a hamstring injury from her gym days. She was blown away by how amazing her body felt and loved the intense challenge. That's when she knew she had to dive deeper and become an instructor.⁠
⁠
In Jade's classes, expect to be challenged and balanced, pushing past your comfort zone and working through all ranges of movement. Her mission? To have you strut out feeling stronger, taller, and more mobile!⁠

If you haven't tried Jade's classes yet you only have a couple weeks left as Jade will be heading off on maternity leave to welcome her second baby! We can't wait to have her back once she's settled in with the new addition.⁠
